Unit T445-3 Bedroom, allows 2 pets-1st Floor-No Cleaning Fees Pacific Terraces T445 This unit is a 3 bedroom condo on the first floor. Limited ocean view. This unit will accommodate up to 6 people. Main bedroom features a King bed. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. 3rd bedroom has a twin trundle bed. Main bath has a shower only. Hall bath has a tub/shower combo. 2 Pets are allowed. $20.00 per day per pet. Pets are NOT to be left unattended in the unit. Private patio to enjoy the weather. You will have access to an indoor heated pool. There is NO access to a hot tub. **Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**

All rentals at Gearhart By the Sea are NON-SMOKING unit. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the units, on the decks/patios, on walkways or parking lots. If you or your guest are caught smoking, you will be fined $250 and may be asked to leave. This applies to all guest in your party. There will also be a $200 cleaning fee for any pets found in a non-pet unit. Quiet hours 22:00–09:00
