Terms And Conditions Refunds will be given less a $25 cancellation fee if notice is received more than 72 hours prior to arrival. First night deposit will be charged to your credit card upon making your reservation. Final payment is due upon arrival. Pets allowed only in designated pet rooms pet fee is $15 per night per pet. No parties must be over 21 to make a reservation. Maximum occupancy limits strictly enforced. By giving your credit card number on the above screen, you agree to the above stated policies. You also agree that you are the legal cardholder authorized to use this number. All units are no smoking. If caught smoking in unit there will a $250 fee.

This condo was spacious and comfortable. While close to Seaside, Cannon Beach, and Astoria, it was still quiet and private, even with a large wedding party on site. We had two couples stay, and it was perfect for that, with plenty of seating, two bathrooms with showers, and comfortable beds. We are all tall, and everyone loved it. I would definitely recommend this place and would certainly come back.

Our stay at Gearhart by the Sea (G714) was absolutely wonderful! The view was spectacular and truly made the condo feel like a special getaway. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, which had comfortable, attractive furniture that made it easy to take in the beautiful surroundings. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed, and all of the furniture throughout the condo was comfortable and inviting. The beds were especially comfortable, making for wonderful nights of sleep. Overall, this condo was warm, welcoming, beautifully appointed, and had everything we could have hoped for. We would absolutely love to return!

Everything was great except we had lots of problems with the coffee machine… it was working well and by the third day had conked out completely. We let the cleaning staff know. This is a great place if you’re looking to unwind with only the ocean and the beach as distractions. The fireplace was a really nice touch … we enjoyed that tremendously. We now like Gearhart way better than Seaside… more our laid back style as opposed to the carnival next door.
