This unit in Gearhart by the Sea was a perfect getaway for a perfect quiet weekend. We enjoyed the view from the 3rd floor balcon, easy access to the beach, eats and drinks right across the street. We didn't even have to leave to have it all right there. We will definitely be back!

Well maintained and a great view of the beach.

The condo was clean and updated. Shower was really nice. Kitchen though I didn't use it much was well equipped. The deck was kind of weird that the door didn't go to the floor but was up almost a foot so a step over but view was wonderful. One of the best things is there is beach access next to the condo to drive your car out to or walk. I have a dog that loves playing fetch on the beach. There is 10 miles of drivable beach.

AMAZING place to stay. We spent our 1st wedding anniversary here after getting married on Gearhart beach 8/30/25. Impeccable service and very friendly staff. Beautiful place that was very clean!

It was/is very reasonable pricing, great location, everything was really good! Only suggestion would be to mop the floors, wore socks and they were almost totally black on the bottoms, kinda gross! But other than that all good! Thanks

Excellent room. Great location. Perfect for sitting on the deck, with a cup of coffee, watch the sun set, or watch PNW storms pass through. We love this property so much we’ve come back to the same room multiple times now. We love it and our Golden Retriever loves it. Any day at the beach, with him, is a good day.

We had a really nice stay here. Were there massive lint/dust/hair balls in the corners of both the living room and bedroom? Yes. Was the ocean view perfect and proximity to beach access excellent? Yes. Was the pull-out couch bed absolutely one of the worst we've ever slept on and do we need to tell any adult contemplating this home to not plan on sleeping on it? Yes. Bathroom? Great. Having McMenamins for breakfast walking distance across the street? Great. Ample towels? Perfect. Did we expect streaming services on the TV? We did. Was there? No. Would give this place a 3.5 out of five. If they had a better pull-out sleeping arrangement (the one currently there will literally leave you worse for wear), updated the TV to be a streaming-ready one, and made sure to vacuum the corners? It would then be a five star stay.

We had an impromptu trip from WA to OR this weekend and this place did not disappoint. Pictures do the place justice and the view is spectacular. There is a paved road down to the beach and a trail, maybe 5m walk, tops. Some vehicles traffic and noise before sunset otherwise quiet. relaxing weekend listening to ocean sounds and the frogs on the golf course at night. The only reason I gave it 4/5 was it not having some basic cooking necessities like oil or butter, just adds more things to bring or buy. Also there were no q-tips, which is something you don't think to bring when you travel. We brought our pooch so we stayed in a pet friendly unit. With that said, expect some sand and pet hair on the floor since there is no carpet..but furniture and bedding was clean! 10000% will stay again. NOTE the water gets HOTTT!! It was great after a cold day on the coast but both the sink and the shower get very hot quickly.

We had a lovely stay. This place was perfect for a weekend getaway. The pool and hot tub are a nice bonus and it was so close to the beach. We plan to come back in the summer.

The location was great, Lovely ocean view and easy walk to the beach. The unit was pretty and had what we needed. The living room could be a little more user-friendly with a coffee table or at least an end table to set a drink on. And we found the TV frustrating because the remote has streaming and we would love ke to have used our accounts to watch the US Open but could only get cable. I think most people prefer to use their own accounts and stream.

We had never stayed in Gearhart before and absolutely fell in love with it. This condo has an amazing view and is close to the beach (although we drove onto the beach and hung out). It's just under a mile to walk into the cute little downtown area where the best bakery in the world is (King Tide Bakery)!! About the condo, it had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, we used the kitchen which has all the plates, utensils and pots/pans you need, however, bring any cooking oil, ingredients, etc. because there are none in the condo. We enjoyed the balcony very much!

Enjoyed sitting on the deck with a book soaking in the views, sounds and smell of the ocean! Condo was well stocked and everything was in working order. Bedding was comfortable and a good quality. Easy short and relatively flat walk to the beach. Our pup enjoyed his stay too.

We have stayed here a few different times and never regret it. Clean, beautiful location and a short drive to the beach. Please note, if you use the beach approach directly next to here, you will want 4 wheel drive vehicle. There are other beach accesses near by that are bit easier to drive on.

The unit was clean and well stocked. The management team was great to work with.

The place was cute BUT i will start with the cons of the place … first off it was not stocked with toilet paper and necessary toiletries, there was no shower curtain which is very old to me since the pictures showed it was a glass shower(that picture is wrong) & the tv the bedroom did not work. Lastly the bedroom sheets were clearly not cleaned due to when i pulled the sheets there was hairs in the pillow and sheets. But besides that everything else was fine the location in general was quite and cute which is what i was looking for

The place is perfect for a mini getaway with family. Having pets is a plus and no hidden fee or cleaning fee. We do try to keep it clean. The only downside was the hot tub was broken and it was kinda one of the things we are looking forward to. But it’s all good. We still wish we stayed longer.

We love the town of Gearhart. Reminded us of new New England. The condo was clean and a great location.

Room was filthy. Floors were not clean, appliances were not cleaned. Finger prints and smudges all over them. Bath and toilet were filthy, including toilet not cleaned and scrubbed, I took pictures if needed. I would like to request a refund for having to live in this squalor for several days. And VRBO should not recommend this place

Great view! Comfortable bed. As other have mentioned, there is no curtains or shades for the sliding door to the patio. Would stay again.

Very nicely decorated unit in a large condominium that’s beginning to show its age. View of ocean from balcony is what sold us on this rental. However, there was NO window treatment on the sliders to the balcony, thus, no privacy once interior lights were on.

Property was large, many units, but so quiet. Enjoyed the ocean views. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Easy walk to beach. Will definitely return

Everything was fine except at check in. Because they did not have enough cleaning help we could not get into our room until almost two hours late. They said it would be soon but it wasn't until I heard them talking to another renter that they hadn't even started cleaning third floor rooms until after 5 PM.

This condo is so cute and cozy. Well stocked with kitchen supplies and bath towels, huge TV with an assortment of dvds and the king sized bed is suuuper comfortable! The pool and sauna are nice and have adult swim times from 9am-10am and 9pm-10pm, our first night other guests were not adhering to those rules and when contacted the staff promptly came down to enforce the adult swim only which was greatly appreciated! Will definitely be going back!

Clean, great location, easy check-in and out.

It was clean efficient and pleasant. The main burner on the range didn’t work quite properly but the unit was well equipped and had a great view of the storm, the ocean and Tillamook Head.

Comfortable well equipped. Needs a little esthetic updating. Loud fridge and bath needs a renovation. The view from the slider is lovely. Saw a heard of elk on the lawn in the early morning. The beach is close and unspoiled.

The place was so nice and quiet. I loved my time sipping coffee on the balcony and listening to the ocean.
