Enjoy the limited ocean view and the convenience of being close to local attractions. This property does not accommodate pets. This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit. You must be 21 to RESERVE and CHECK-IN NO PETS ALLOWED! Gearhart House guests have access to an indoor heated pool, hot tub and exercise room. **Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**

Terms And Conditions Refunds will be given less a $25 cancellation fee if notice is received more than 72 hours prior to arrival. First night deposit will be charged to your credit card upon making your reservation. Final payment is due upon arrival. Pets allowed only in designated pet rooms pet fee is $15 per night per pet. No parties must be over 21 to make a reservation. Maximum occupancy limits strictly enforced. By giving your credit card number on the above screen, you agree to the above stated policies. You also agree that you are the legal cardholder authorized to use this number. All units are no smoking. If caught smoking in unit there will a $250 fee.

Very nicely kept up condo in a large complex. The common area was very spacious -- big table for eating and games; two comfortable couches; nice views out to the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back. You walk out to the beach through a beautiful grassy area. It's about a 10-12 minute walk - far enough that lugging everything for the kids would take some planning, but it's beautiful and not steep. Gearhart is quiet and the town small, but if you want more to do, it's a quick jaunt to seaside. Safeway is in Seaside but really close to Gearhart. We liked the quiet and the peace; even the condo complex wasn't very noisy or rowdy. It's right across from a McMenamin's, which is handy, if not amazing food. The master bedroom bed was great; the second bedroom just okay. (It looks like they're updating, so that may be a change in the works -- it was an old bedsprings & spring mattress.) Overall, definitely worth the money.
