Very convenient to the beach. And the beach is beautiful! Well stocked kitchen with all the pots and pans needed to cook your food. Comfortable chairs and beds.

Spacious rental and looked just like the photos. Perfect stay for my partner and I, and I like the ability to text the front desk. They had night maintenance to assist us with a very late check-in (12 am).

LOVED our stay here! Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The restaurant just across the parking lot was a huge plus! Would definitely stay here again!

I chose this condo over 2 others in the same unit because this one was updated. Overall I would stay again. There are a few quirks about the unit, like bed frame covered by comforter that leaves it ripe for toe stubbing, but for what I needed it sufficed and I’m glad it didn’t have the ancient feel the other units gave off. Hosts sent txts to check in & were friendly. Pros: Updated unit, nice kitchen, nice TV, comfy 2 person recliner sofa, partial ocean view from patio, large king bed with many pillows and a smart tv in the bedroom. Cons: -Shower curtain, shower grooves, and floorboards were pink with mildew. -Kitchen sparsely stocked besides dish/cookware, which is in the listing. The listed salt and pepper provided were 2 nearly empty table shakers. -There is no AC and no fans provided. Opening the main room window did not cool the room down. Bedroom window faces hallway so not safe to open wide. -No sheets provided for Murphy bed - just thick blankets.

Clean, well decorated condo with great amenities. Close to beach. Nice patio with an ocean view. We had a great stay.

This property was clean and welcoming. We had our two children with us and they slept comfortably on the pullout bed in the living room. (We also had our dog, and he stayed comfortably on his dog bed that we brought.) We used the kitchen for most of our meals and it had all the basics for cooking. My only suggestion would be that they purchase a nonstick pan to make eggs. The beach was easily accessible via a path out the back of the property. We also enjoyed the indoor pool nearby. We appreciated the quiet setting of the golf course, and yet we were close enough to Seaside for family activities. Tip: There’s a Gearheart coffee shop nearby and it had DELICIOUS breakfast food and baked goods. A must visit. We will be back. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

This is a ground level unit with a minimal view of the ocean. The side-by-side recliner and circular chair is the stuff video gamers (and excited 6-year-olds - see the guest journal ) revere. We like Gearhart but will be leery when considering units in this complex.

The condo "looked" clean, but the floors were sticky and dirty. I forgot my flip-flops, so I had to walk around bare foot (yuck). When I got into the shower, the water under my feet was dirty (yuck). The sofa smelled like it had been sprayed with lot of air freshener, and felt dirty to sit in, so I always sat in a wooden kitchen chair while there. The bed coils were very squeaky (indicating a very old bed?). All in all, it was an Ok stay, but I doubt we'll stay there again.

I was working in Clatsop County, OR 30+ years ago when I discovered Gearhart by the Sea! A recent family wedding was the perfect opportunity for me to share this corner of the world with my adult daughter! We truly enjoyed staying at the condo and exploring the surrounding area!! Our vacation is over now but I hope to return soon. Management is very helpful and friendly!

Nice And quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach. Check in was easy. The unit itself needs a little TLC and maintenance though. The bedroom window screen blew off when we opened the window, the bathroom towel rack was barely hanging on by a screw, burnt out light bulbs in the bathroom, the clock battery needs to be replaced in the dining room and the carpet runner in the hallway could visit the dumpster (I wouldn’t even walk on it). Fresh ocean breeze is nice through the place to air it out.

This was indeed a very interesting stay! If you like old and declining then this is the place for you. This rental was old and breaking. It said a view of the ocean, well it’s actually of rooftops and trees. The bed was rough. Terrible sleeping every night and just uncomfortable. Baseboard heat means old but it was sufficient with wood stove going. To me it seemed to be like any hotel room with a few extras…one thing to note was that the place was virtually soundproof from neighbors all around us. Quiet times are extremely observed and that’s highly impressive… So overall for a few nights stay for the price, you get what you pay for and I’ll never stay in gearhart again. It’s centrally located between every beach and places are close by. If you have 4 wheel drive then this place could work cuz the beach access from the condos is a driving entrance to the beach you can drive on…

This place is the perfect location - I feel like it's right in the middle of all the beaches you want to see...Seaside, Cannon Beach...all the good stuff. So many elk when we were there just walking around. Our condo seemed a little dated...the decor and stuff and a little stuffy...just I'm sure from the off season and not being opened up much in October. Great to have a fridge and family room. Remotes didn't work...we tried all configurations of batteries. There was a ROKU remote but didn't seem to have a ROKU. By the time we realized this the office was closed and we were too tired to care. Thank you!! We already miss the beach. 😁

The carpet looked and felt unclean. Upholstered couch smelled, bathroom sink faucet not attached, bedroom faced noise of parking lot and noise of walkway to other units. Spacious though.

Property was very nice, bed was a little uncomfortable needs a pillowtop mattress, it would be nice to have a dark curtain place off the blinds located in bedroom, because anyone can see through the blinds from the outside. Nice view, lots of space and very clean. Staff during the check in was very respectfulandprofessional. Room #605 .

Got to check in early. Everything was clean. All of the amenities as advertised. Very quiet at night. Slept like a log.
