We enjoyed staying in our room. It felt homey and comfortable with tasteful decor. Close to the beach, Seaside, Astoria, and other interesting small towns. We could see the ocean from the room. Good kitchen we cooked most of our own meals. Our room was quiet despite being on the bottom floor. Thank you!

The inside of the condo was comfy and nicely furnished! The location to the beach was fantastic and is in walking distance of the small downtown area as well. There was some noise noticed from one of the rooms we were adjacent to but it wasn’t too bad. The front desk staff were very responsive and helpful.

Great Trip! Very peaceful.

Great little stay by the beach!

Great first floor condo to stay in. Slightly dated, but clean and well maintained. Well appointed kitchen and all appliances worked well. Did not hear much noise above or to the sides. Ocean view in the distance with great sunset view. Would stay here again.

This was a great place with a great view. Lots of fun things to do nearby. It was clean and welcoming.

Pros: the facility is a one bedroom, one bath apartment with a large patio. It is easy walking distance to the beach and has a well equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable and in spite of being in a very large complex, it's pretty quiet. The only issue I had was a small dog barking/yapping for literally hours! I finally called the front office and said I couldn't tell if it was from either side of me or above me and they knew right away it was above me. Not many units allowed pets. They called the owner and it was resolved. So-so: the location is walking distance to the beach. Period. But it's a short drive into Seaside and Astoria is about 15 miles north. There is an odd odor when you walk in but open the patio door for fresh air and all is good. The kitchen has plenty of utensils but no condiments at all. Not even salt/pepper so be prepared to buy everything food related. Some jigsaw puzzles in a closet but no other family games or cards so BYO.

Clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed.

It was wonderful as my mistress was able to spend time with the kids

Clean, and even if our door lock didn’t work, the maintenance guy had a hard key to let us know. Very comfortable.

We checked in smoothly. That’s were it stopped being good. The dishwashers was full of dishes when we got there. The pillows in the bedroom had someone’s perfume form who stayed there before us along with stains all over it. The pull out couch had no pillows to go with it and we were down pillows due to the stains. In the morning we went to use the coffee pot and the bottom was shattered. We called to the desk and were told they had no replacement. This was not a good start to the long night before. We called after 8am and they brought a bag of pillow and pillow cases for us to make and use. The second night was better as far as the pillows go, but the people next door were loud until after midnight. Overall this was a place we could lay our head to sleep, but it was not an enjoyable part of our visit to the beach.

Fabulous place with all amenities! Comfortable, clean, and perfectly stocked. The only request is that the tv in the living room get the same service as the one in the bedroom!

The stay at Gearhart was fun and relaxing.

We had a great stay here, close to McMenamins for an easy dinner and quick walk to the beach.
-
The apartment was perfect for our quick coastal trip. Good size and everything worked great.

The condo is cozy and well appointed. Perfect for the two of us. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a nice unit. It was true to the marketing. We enjoyed our stay. Our grandaughter stated the hide a bed was very uncomfortable.

Very nice and clean condo, close to the beach with access to the indoor swimming pool. My kids love it. Nicely decorated, I felt like at home.
-
Comfortable bed and nicely appointed unit on the first floor. Having mcmenamins next door is great, and a nice short stroll to the beach. Pool just reopened, though we didn't use it. Saw others using it and looked like a nice indoor pool. Great stay and would return.

This was a welcome break right next to a beach. Property was clean and had everything we needed.

The condo was okay, however the fireplace did not draft well, it filled the room with smoke. There was no housekeeping, which was okay but there were no cleaning supplies. I found out on checkout that you had to call the office to get the supplies. It would have been nice to know that when we checked in. The condo was well stocked with cooking supplies: nice refrigerator and closets.
